Just copy any of teh other 49 states with similar safe haven laws for that. <BR/>Over 30 months the HHS needs to start a child in need of services regulation. Most states have CHINS laws/regulations, so they can just copy those. The inception of a hospital as a place to begin this isn't a bad idea either.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
